Hey, I'm Dr. Alice

I'm Coach Alice Koech , my background is not what you'd expect from a business coach. I have a PhD in Family Studies, a Master's in Counseling, and over 20 years of experience in coaching, research, academia, and ministry.

I got laid off. I rebuilt. Then a pandemic hit and nearly wiped out everything I'd built again. Through all of it I learned how to take everything I knew and turn it into something that paid me.

Now I help women do the same thing, faster, with less guessing, and with someone who genuinely understands both the strategy and the mindset work it takes to bet on yourself.
